This solution applies to PrintSmith Classic users. Our platform expects to be connected to your system throughout the night. Please make sure the computer that you used to install Datasync is not powering down after non use. To check, do the following:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. On the top right, search for “Power Options” and click on power options
3. Towards the right, on the selected item, click “Change plan settings”
4. Next to “Put the computer to sleep:” select never.
5. Save changes

This will keep the machine on at all times.
